Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours prior otherwise client will be charged or appointment taken from programme (if appointments are pre-paid). Allowances made for extenuating circumstances.
Any concerns about recommendations and progress - please let Laura know as soon as possible! That was she can address any concerns and help you stay on track.
