Holistic Clinical Nutritionist

Laura is a degree-qualified nutritionist and yoga teacher. She studied at the University of Otago, gaining a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sport and Exercise Nutrition in 2014.

Laura gained most of her clinical nutrition experience while working with Ben Warren at BePure for 4 years.

She did her 300 hours of yoga teacher training with Nikki Ralston of The Ralston Method.

Laura is passionate about inspiring people to take control over their own health. She believes that food is medicine and our body has the incredible ability to heal, no matter what’s going on, we just need to feed it the right food, thoughts and movement.

She loves to surf, drink coffee and enjoys a leisurely brunch! Alongside nutrition and health, Laura is also a big advocate for the environment
